Kiev Experimental Artistic Ceramics Factory
Founded 1924 “as a workshop for the production of lithograph and colors for the decoration of ceramic dishes in the village of Vishnevoe in Kiev oblast’.”  After 1945, the workshop formed the basis for an experimental workshop for artistic porcelain, including sculpture.  The factory was privatized in July 1993 and renamed Deffa (www.deffa.kiev.ua).  It was renamed under the company name Kiev Porcelain (Kievskii farfor).
