The building of Moscow’s Bolshoi Theater became a piece of trademark Moscow architecture way back in the 19 th century. It acquired its famous and easily recognizable image when it was restored after a fire of March 1853. Restoration work supervised by the architect A. Cavos lasted for three years.
The representation of this wonderful building is still highly popular in giftware production.
