A piece of giftware made for the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the All-Union Leninist Communist Youth League marked in 1968. On October 29, 1918, the 1st All-Russia Congress of Worker and Peasant Youth Unions resolved to found the Russian Young Communist League (RKSM), which was renamed to VLKSM in 1958.
